btw: are there regulations on building the fence for your back patio?  like who has to build it or how tall, etc...

Ya I'm sure there are

Ya I'm sure there are regulations put in place by the HOA. The beef is marinating in soy sauce, dark soy sauce and corn starch. The dark brown stuff is hoisin sauce, sesame oil and sambal chiles. One bowl has garlic and Thai chili peppers, the other has chives. Pretty tasty!
